Proposed Route Name: 181 Ioco/Moody Centre Stn

Season and days of operation: Summer-only, weekends-only
Hours of operation: 7:30 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. on Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. on Sundays/holidays
Frequency: Every 30 minutes between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., every 60 minutes after 7 p.m.

Terminus:

Westbound buses will terminate at Whiskey Cove Lane.
Eastbound buses will terminate at Moody Centre Station. Customers can transfer to the Millennium Line, and to routes 160, 180, 182, 183, and 184.

Description:

This is a seasonal extension of route 181. Instead of terminating at Ioco Road @ Second Ave (bus stop #53239), this proposed route would now extend to Belcarra Bay Road @ Whiskey Cove Lane (bus stop #58960) during the summer.
In combination with route 182 Belcarra/Moody Centre Station (which receives a seasonal service increase), we will be providing four trips/hour, or estimated 15-minute frequency to Belcarra Regional Park until 7 p.m.
This route does not require the construction of any new stops.
