Proposed transit service improvements for Annacis Island Industrial Area

TransLink is exploring bus service improvements to better serve the Annacis Island Industrial Area and those who work there. While the area is currently served by routes 104, 301, 340, and 388, we are looking at ways to increase service to support businesses and their employees. Aligned with the 2025 Investment Plan’s focus on expanding transit service to better connect people to jobs, Annacis Island is a key employment area expected to support more than 14,000 jobs in the next 10 years.

We’re seeking input from the Annacis Island business community to help shape future improvements and ensure they meet staffing and operational needs. As part of this process, we’re inviting local employers, their employees, and other residents to share feedback on travel patterns and what future improvements would provide the greatest benefit.

  • Any operational design considerations (e.g. walking distances, safety, connectivity)

  • Any challenges or barriers that may affect your or your employees ability to access transit.
